Thrifted Leather Skirt

I love this outfit, but HATE these photos. I wimped-out on Friday and shot these pictures indoors. As the temperatures drop, I am finding myself resenting the thought of taking pictures outside. This is made worse by the fact that I have to shed my “winter armour” - my coat, mittens, and toque - to get an actual outfit shot.

I thrifted this leather skirt for $9.99 at Value Village last week. What a steal! Oddly enough, I found a second leather skirt at Goodwill the same day, but for $25.99 (I didn’t buy the 2nd skirt). Makes me think that VV didn’t realize it was leather…perhaps? It looks, like leather, it feels like leather, the tag says leather, but it certainly wasn’t priced like leather!
